1. What is required to reserve the venue?
To secure your preferred date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit 10 days after receiving your signed contract.

2. Am I able to bring my own alcohol?
No, we reserve the right to provide all bar services as we have licensing at both The Venue and Boulder Creek Events next door. Our tiered bar packages include professional, insured bartenders (at our hourly staffing rate), and all accompaniments according to your preferred bar tier.

3. Is there onsite parking?
Yes, we are able to accommodate parking for over 70 vehicles. Our staff will direct parking to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience for your guests.

4. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
All advance payments are non-refundable including venue fees.

5. Can I bring my own photographer, caterer, and florist in for my event or do you only use in-house vendors?
Absolutely, we are happy to work with both our preferred vendors and any vendors you choose to bring. We require a professional wedding coordinator for full-service weddings and a licensed caterer for all events. Food trucks are permitted and can be easily accommodated.

6. Are tables, chairs, dishware, or other furnishings included?
Yes, table and chairs are included in venue pricing. Table settings may be rented @ $7.00 plus tax per guest are available for rental including dinner plate, hammered silverware, and a glass goblets.

7. Is event insurance required?
Yes, special event liability insurance is required.

8. Are there designated spaces for getting ready?
Yes, we offer 2 Luxury Getting Ready Suites. One is located in The Venue at Boulder Creek, equipped with a full-length mirror, a couch for lounging, a private porch overlooking the creek, and a light-up vanity.
The second is located in Boulder Creek Events, which is equipped with a newly renovated lounge, stocked with couches and a classic billiards table.

9. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the majority of the venue is wheelchair accessible.

10. Do you provide setup and clean up?
We do not provide specific setup and clean up, but our team is around to assist with clean up.

11. What are the legal requirements for filing for marriage in North Carolina?
You can obtain your marriage license from any North Carolina courthouse, and it must be done within 60 days prior to the wedding. Your marriage license must also be filed within 10 days after the ceremony to the Register of Deeds office that issued the license.

12. Are there any decor limitations or restrictions (open flames, confetti, etc.)?
We kindly ask that you refrain from using items like confetti or sparklers during your event. Candles must be in non-combustible containers or enclosed in glass hurricanes. Taper candles are not allowed.
